Orders placed Thursday-Sunday are roasted and sent out on Monday. Orders placed Monday-Wednesday are roasted and sent out Thursday. We ship through UPS ground.

We only offer whole bean coffee. Whole beans preserve the freshness and aromas of the coffee. We recommend you grind right before brewing, to get the freshest coffee.
