Colombia Sierra Bloom comes from the ACEDGA cooperative, founded in 2006 by a group of coffee farmers seeking better opportunities for marketing their coffee while maintaining quality. Farms are situated in the southern Tolima region at elevations ranging from 1,550 to 2,100 meters above sea level, with a total of 300hectares of certified organic production. The cooperative includes a group of 17 women who carefully process the manually handpicked cherries. They employ special techniques to ensure a fruity and delicate flavor profile. Their standardization processes, such as wet milling and fermentations lasting over 48 hours, resulting in unique characteristics that represent the women producers. This coffee was grown using organic practices by certified organic producers at origin.
